SkyBridge’s approach to prospect development is different. We don’t just call our customers “targets”—we have conversations with them. At every touchpoint, we gather important information about them, their companies and their industries. We deliver critical market intelligence that enhances the sales process, including information about competitors, immediate priorities, triggers, trends, and marketplace challenges.
Our Sales Development Representatives conduct peer-to-peer conversations with senior-level decision makers in mid market and enterprise companies. They have the experience and business acumen necessary to establish rapport, build trust, and have credible business discussions about the challenges that face our customers every day.

As a Sales Associate, you will be very focused on selling SkyBridge’s proprietary Payroll Auditing Software that has been developed for organizations who are currently running one or many HR/Payroll systems. This software currently connects with leading HR systems from Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, & Oracle Cloud. Our future releases will enable connections with Workday, ADP and other cloud based Payroll Systems.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Accurately identify the most appropriate decision maker/influencer within target accounts.
• Engage executives in peer-level business conversations.
• Secure key prospect information to identify qualified sales-ready leads and others to be nurtured for future opportunities.
• Qualify the prospect, establish next steps and communicate the details.
• Accurately track and report all leads and other information in Salesforce.com.
• Meet lead generation targets.
• Meet daily metrics of dials and quality conversations.
• Understand and effectively represent the client’s brand and culture.
• Willingness to adhere to activity and reporting requirements.
• Represent SkyBridge and their partners in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Desire to hunt for new opportunities and develop quick relationships.
• Flexibility to adapt to new initiatives within a short period of time.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Comfortable with significant volume of outbound activity (~200 calls per week) after product training, script and content is provided.
• Must have a strong desire to keep up to date on trends, developments & best practices.
• Need to be a go getter with a high level of energy and positive phone demeanor.
• Recent experience in software technology a plus.
