Duties – Coordinate with Business, IT & Senior Management. Gather business requirements and develop functional and technical design documents. Integrate the Oracle Cloud system into the current business environment. Strategize, tailor and parameterize the Issue Management Strategy. Identify, categorize document issues from multiple sources and assign an owner for resolving. Monitor and Review periodically and update all issues. Manage standardized scope and scheduled activities. Coordinate defined deliverables using the schedules of the various assignees and monitor the state of the task. Project Planning and Presentation. Define and plan unitized work activities for each project, assign resources, create work breakdown structure (WBS) to generate a workplan and monitor project performance. Participate in Change Management and lead the process of change implementation. Provide regular status reports to senior management and customers to indicate progress with each engagement. Understand and implement business processes and best practices related to project management. Tools: Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud/Fusion, PeopleSoft, HCM and FSCM functions, CAS-OUM, ITSM Cloud Computing, PMBOK, AGILE/SCRUM, MSP, Celoxis, FreshDesk, ZenDesk, MS Office, Team, SharePoint.
Other – Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements – Master’s degree in Computer Applications or Equivalent + 1-year work experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
